1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RmndDesign website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RmndDesign provides digital design and development services including but not limited to:

  • Brand identity and visual design
  • Web design and development
  • UI/UX design
  • Digital strategy consulting
  • E-commerce solutions

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RmndDesign and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership rights to deliverables as specified in their project agreement. RmndDesign retains the right to display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have rights to any content provided to us
  • Make payments according to agreed terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Generally:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Work may be paused if payments are overdue

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant scope changes may require a new proposal.

7. Limitation of Liability

RmndDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
