Cant Sleep Yet is a journaling app designed to help you process late-night thoughts. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data Storage

What We Store Locally

• Your thoughts: The text you write is stored locally on your device only.
• App preferences: Settings like unlock delay and app lock preferences are stored locally on your device.

None of this data ever leaves your device.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect usage analytics or tracking data
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or other device data
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services

We cannot access, read, or recover your data. If you delete the app, all your data will be permanently deleted.

iCloud

Cant Sleep Yet does not use iCloud sync. Your data stays only on the device where you created it.

In-App Purchases

Cant Sleep Yet offers a one-time premium upgrade. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to all transactions.

Face ID / Passcode

If you enable app lock, authentication is handled entirely by your device's secure enclave. We never see or store your biometric data or passcode.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, we schedule local notifications to remind you when a thought unlocks. These notifications are processed entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers.

Children's Privacy

Cant Sleep Yet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
